Overview
This tour offers you an opportunity to explore the best of Uganda. You will traverse the country side and glance at the picturesque land scape, trek through the jungles to meet the primates and enjoy drives among herds of big mammals including the big five in their un spoilt habitats. You will have a chance to visit the local communities as you learn their cultures and dance to the tune of the African music and taste some of their dishes as you immerse in their ancient cultures and traditions.

Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and transfer to your hotel
Upon arrival, you will be picked from the airport and transfer to your hotel in Entebbe.
Overnight at Savannah Suites (budget)/ 2 Friends hotel (deluxe)/ Protea hotel (luxury)
Day 2: Transfer to Lake Mburo NP
In the morning, you will be picked from your hotel and driver southwestwards to L. Mburo NP with a mini stop at the equator for photographs. Upon arrival, go for an afternoon boat cruise on L. Mburo anticipating to see some hippos, crocodiles and some water birds and later return to check in at your lodge. Overnight at Mpogo lodge / Rwakobo Rock lodge(deluxe)/ Mihingo lodge/ Kigambira Safari lodge (luxury)
Day 3: Game drive and transfer to Bwindi NP
n the morning, you will go for a game drive to check out the different wildlife species in this park. Common animals that are usually seen on a game drive include; zebras, elands, giraffes, buffaloes, waterbucks, topis among others and lucky visitors may also see a leopard. You will later transfer further south to Bwindi NP, reaching in the afternoon. Overnight at Trekkers’ Tavern cottages (budget)/ Bakiga lodge (deluxe)/ Agandi Eco lodge/ Mahogany Springs (luxury)
Day 4: Gorilla Tracking and community visit
In the morning, you will gather at the park headquarters for briefing and gorilla group allocation, and go straight into the forest to search for the gentle giants. You will be allowed one hour to stay in the presence of the gorillas, as you observe and take photographs once you have caught up with them before returning to your lodge. In the evening, you may go for community walk in the nearby community. Dinner and overnight at your lodge (Day 3).
Day 5: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
In the morning, you will be transferred to Queen Elizabeth NP with en route game viewing in Ishasha sector for the tree climbing lions and proceed to Mweya for lunch and later take a boat cruise along Kazinga channel for more game viewing, anticipating to see crocodiles, hippos, elephants, buffaloes and kobs among others as they come to drink water in the afternoon. Return to check in at any of the lodges for an overnight at Katara Game lodge /Enganzi lodge (budget/deluxe)
Day 6: Game drive and transfer to Kibale
In the morning after a cup of coffee, hit the Kasenyi track to catch up with early raisers and the cats as they return from the night hunt. Plenty of wildlife in this area may captivate you on this early morning game drive. On return you will transfer to Kibale with en route visit to the crater lakes region of Ndali and Kasende. In the evening you may go for a nature walk in the Bigodi wetland for primate and bird watching. Proceed to check in at Chimpanzee guest house (budget)/ Turacco Tree tops (deluxe)/ Papaya lake lodge/ Crater Safari lodge (luxury).
Day 7: Chimpanzee tracking
After an early breakfast, report to the park headquarters at Kanyanchu for briefing before you proceed to track man’s closest relative of all the apes. After tracking, return to the lodge for lunch and have the rest of the day at leisure. You may talk to your guide for a tour in Fort portal town. Overnight at Day 6
Day 8: Transfer to Murchison Falls NP
In the morning after breakfast, you will set off to Murchison Falls National park via Masindi reaching in the early evening. An en route stop over near L. Albert will refresh your mind as you catch a picturesque vista of the lake with its many fishing canoes while not avoiding breath-taking views of the Butiaba escarpment, an arm of the East African rift valley. Dinner and overnight at Kabalega Wilderness lodge (luxury)/Pakuba lodge (deluxe/ luxury) /Red Chilli lodge (budget).

Day 9: Game drive and boat cruise
In the morning, you will go for a morning game drive in the northern part of the park to catch a glimpse of some fascinating wildlife species. Your morning game drive may reward you with sights of lions, jackals, leopard if you are lucky and many other mammals including buffaloes, Jackson’s hartebeest, topi, elephants, giraffes among others. Return to the lodge for relaxation and lunch. In the afternoon, go for boat cruise up to the bottom of the mighty falls for sightseeing and a chance to see crocodiles, hippos and some bird species. Dinner and overnight (Day 8).
Day 10: Murchison Falls NP to Kampala/ Entebbe for departure
In the morning, set off to Kampala with en route visit to the top of the falls for sight seeing and proceed to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary in Nakasongora, for rhino tracking. Proceed to Entebbe, reaching in the evening, for a drop off at Entebbe airport or hotel depending on your schedule.
